Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your analytical marketing leadership skills to a B2B SaaS, venture-backed startup? Learnsoft is looking for a revenue-centric marketer with seasoned skills in inbound and outbound marketing and a proven track record of success with their B2B marketing programs.
Reporting to the CEO, as a Director on the executive track, you’ve got the hunger to win, an energetic and positive outlook, and understand what it takes for marketing to contribute bottom-line results in revenue to a B2B software business. You bring direct experiences with learning and development software to the team, understanding personas involved in the buying cycle, and the types of tactics that get attention with LMS (LearningManagement Software) and TMS (Talent Management Software) technologies.
Success will be measured by demand generation and conversion. You will use your powers across all channels and vehicles (digital, trade shows, ABM etc.) to deliver high-quality leads to our proficient sales team. You will own your number. You’re not starting from scratch - but you’re going to make our programs so much better. You love the details, are keen to optimize existing plans and activities, and know that traction comes from one great campaign to the next.
